For our client we are looking for a Cooperative Foreman who comes from the Zaanstad region.
What does the position look like?
As a cooperating foreman you will be given a fair share of responsibility.
- You are responsible for the planning and preparation work for the production process.
- You manage your team as efficiently as possible. You are also responsible for inducting, training and educating employees;
- You resolve any malfunctions in the machines, or call in the technical service to resolve these malfunctions;
- You contribute ideas on how something can be done faster or better.
- Entry and exit inspections of incoming goods and the goods/products/orders manufactured by the company
- Making plans for the assignments
What do we offer?
- Salary between €3,400 and €4,000
- 25 days of vacation per year with a 40-hour working week
- You will be employed and the intention is that if both sides prove to be suitable, you will be employed by the client.
