For our client we are looking for a BIM lead engineer E-technology in a multidisciplinary organization, focused on the strategic renovation and maintenance of real estate and civil objects in an innovative and sustainable manner.
What does the position look like?
You ensure that the models and drawings meet the required quality standards. You are also responsible for setting up the Revit model in accordance with internal standards and monitoring BIM progress. Linking building models, aspect models, and other programs is also part of your responsibilities. You contribute to the development of the Solibri template for Hemubo Property Sets/Rule Sets/Classifications/ITOs, which are widely applicable within Hemubo. At the project level, you review the information and models for consistency and identify any clashes and action items.
With your extensive experience in installation technology, you're always up-to-date on the latest developments in BIM techniques and ISSO publications. You'll take the lead in delegating tasks and step in as needed. Directing and mentoring the BIM modelers comes naturally to you. You'll also work closely with our colleagues at Hillen & Roosen (architects, sustainable energy technology specialists, project coordinators, etc.), as well as with our subcontractors. We appreciate your contribution to our internal BIM development and the opportunity to share your knowledge with our BIM professionals.
Who are we looking for?
- You have at least an MBO installation technology diploma and supplemented with approximately three years of (recent) work experience in a similar position;
- You have experience with housing projects in new construction;
- Your REVIT MEP, Stabicad, Revit skills and experience with the BIM process are excellent;
- Experience with Solibri Model Checker, IFC model viewer, BIM collab and/or BIM 360 and Dalux is a nice added bonus;
- Good Dutch communication skills, spoken and written;
- You know how to keep your head cool during deadlines and you can work accurately despite the time pressure;
- Just like our colleagues, you are ambitious, eager to learn and can work well together in groups;
- In possession of driving license B
