Vitrum Amsterdam betreft de grootschalige renovatie en uitbreiding van het monumentale Vitrum-gebouw aan de Zuidas. Het project omvat circa 16.700 m² aan hoogwaardige kantoorfuncties, horeca en bijbehorende voorzieningen. Binnen dit project verzorgen wij de sanitaire installaties en drinkwatertechniek De Smart Mobility Hub Amsterdam is een gebiedsontwikkelingen van Amsterdam. Dit project omvat een mobiliteitshub van ruim 110.000 m² waarin verschillende mobiliteitsvormen, sportvoorzieningen, maatschappelijke functies en commercieel vastgoed worden gecombineerd. Binnen dit project zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor de sanitaire installaties, drinkwaterinstallaties en hemelwaterafvoer, zowel voor het gebouw- als grondgebonden deel

Jouw functie

Als Hoofdmonteur / Meewerkend Chefmonteur wordt je ingezet op één van deze projecten of mogelijk op een combinatie van beide projecten. Daarnaast voeren wij delen van de werkzaamheden uit in samenwerking met vaste partners.

Hierdoor zoeken wij iemand die niet alleen technisch sterk is, maar ook in staat is om monteurs, onderaannemers en samenwerkingspartners aan te sturen.

Wat ga je doen?

Jij houdt je bezig met het:

• begeleiden van de dagelijkse uitvoering;
• aansturen van monteurs, onderaannemers en partners;
• meewerken waar nodig;
• zelfstandig overleggen met opdrachtgevers, bouwpartners en directievoerders;
• namens Lenting deelnemen aan werkvergaderingen en afstemmingsoverleggen;
• inzetten van jouw ruime ervaring binnen de utiliteitsbouw.

Do you have experience leading installers and subcontractors while also enjoying a hands-on role? Vitrum Amsterdam is the large-scale renovation and expansion of the historic Vitrum building in Amsterdam's Zuidas business district. The project covers approximately 16,700 m² of high-quality office space, hospitality facilities and supporting amenities. Within this project, we are responsible for the sanitary installations and potable water systems.

The Smart Mobility Hub Amsterdam is a major urban development project in Amsterdam. It includes a mobility hub of more than 110,000 m², combining various mobility solutions, sports facilities, public amenities and commercial real estate. Within this project, we are responsible for the sanitary installations, potable water systems and rainwater drainage, both inside the building and for the surrounding infrastructure.

Your role

As a Lead Mechanical Installer / Working Site Supervisor, you will be assigned to one of these projects or, where required, to a combination of both. Parts of the work are carried out in collaboration with our trusted partners.

For this reason, we are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled, but also capable of leading installers, subcontractors and project partners.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Supervising the daily execution of the work;
• Leading installers, subcontractors and project partners;
• Working alongside the team whenever required;
• Independently coordinating with clients, construction partners and site management;
• Representing Lenting during project meetings and coordination sessions;
• Applying your extensive experience in utility construction projects.
