Junior Work Planner and Planner

Have you just graduated and are you looking for a challenging role as a Junior Work Planner and Planner at a dynamic company? This is your chance! As a Junior Work Planner you are the center of the organization and you maintain contact with service technicians, office colleagues, customers and suppliers. You provide overview and structure. As a Junior Work Planner and Planner you carry a lot of responsibility and you act as a link between our Senior Planner/Work Planner and the service engineers. You must be creative in planning current and future projects, maintaining inventories and placing orders.

The client specializes in the maintenance and repair of machines, as well as the installation of protections on metalworking machines.

What are you going to do:

• Planning work for our service technicians.
• Checking and handling completed (digital) service reports.
• Purchasing necessary materials.
• Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers.

For this position we ask:

• Minimum MBO+ working and thinking level in the field of work preparation.
• Knowledge or affinity with technology, both electrical and mechanical.
• Ability to coordinate different matters.
• Good command of the Dutch language; English is a plus.
• Communication skills and the ability to be a good discussion partner for our clients.
