Piping and Mechanical Work Planner (Full-time)

What does the position as Work Planner entail?

As a Piping and Mechanical Work Planner in the Rotterdam or Amsterdam region, you are responsible for the complete preparation of various projects. This includes modifications, renovations, replacement or expansion of the Piping and Mechanical branch. Your range of duties as a work planner is broad. You read ISO drawings and plot the projects. If something is not clear, ask your colleagues or the customer the right questions and explain where necessary. You are also responsible for providing materials and equipment on time and correctly, requesting quotes from suppliers, maintaining project administration, drawing up schedules and monitoring the quality and costs of various projects. You work intensively with other disciplines and coordinate the work with your team. No matter how complex a project is, as a work planner you are the advisor for customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Your working environment:

You will work at a location in the Rotterdam or Amsterdam region where you mainly work for companies in industry and/or chemistry. Various teams work together here to provide the best services. Your team of colleagues are mainly concerned with Piping and Mechanical.

What do we ask?

• You have experience in the piping industry, if you do not yet have experience as a work planner but would like to take that step, we would also like to receive your application.
• You have at least an MBO working and thinking level
• You have communication skills at different levels
• ISO drawings have no secrets for you
• You are enthusiastic and you know how to involve your colleagues in this
