Wat ga je doen?

• Zelfstandig begeleiden van meerdere kleine tot middelgrote projecten
• Voorbereiden van projecten op het gebied van planning, werkmethoden en personeelsinzet
• Zorgen voor veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering binnen tijd en budget
• Monitoren van voortgang en kosten, inclusief technische en financiële rapportage
• Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega’s
• Adviseren, afspraken maken en kansen voor nieuwe projecten signaleren

Let op! Ervaring met Equans systemen en processen is een pre (Denk aan SAP, MS, coupa, etc)

Vanuit kantoor werkzaam voor meerdere utiliteitsprojecten, zoals ziekenhuizen, kantoorgebouwen etc.

Work planner (Mechanical) - Medior/Senior

Type of engagement: Temporary / flexible hire
Language: Dutch-speaking
Start date: As soon as possible
End date (expected): 31-12-2026 or until a permanent colleague starts in this position
Working hours: 07:00 – 15:45
Location: Schiphol / Constellation Building
Parking: Free on-site

What will you do?

• Independently manage multiple small to medium-sized projects
• Prepare projects in terms of planning, working methods, and workforce allocation
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient project execution within time and budget
• Monitor progress and costs, including technical and financial reporting
• Maintain contact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues
• Provide advice, make agreements, and identify opportunities for new projects

Note: Experience with Equans systems and processes is a plus (such as SAP, MS, Coupa, etc.)

Project / client / work environment

You will be working from the office on various utility projects, such as hospitals, office buildings, and similar environments.
