When do we collect personal data?
Reduzs B.V. collects personal data when you fill it out on our website, register with us at our office or otherwise sign up to use our services.
Why do we collect personal data?
Reduzs B.V. collects and processes data in order to provide our services. This includes: mediation, temping, secondment, recruitment and selection and payroll administration. Specifically, your data are processed in order to:
1. Notifying you of relevant job opportunities after you have left details to use our services;
2. To send you a newsletter, if you have given your consent (opt-in);
3. To enter into an employee relationship with you through our back office partner Recruitment Backoffice Services and to carry out the relevant administration for this purpose. 4. If Recruitment Backoffice Services has entered into an employee relationship with you for compliance with laws and regulations, including identification, labor laws, tax and social security laws, anti-fraud and national and international sanctions laws;
5. Signing you up for a training or education program. This happens because an agreement with you states that you are attending a training or education program or when you have given your consent to do so;
6. Conduct marketing activities, this will only be done when you have given permission.
What personal data do we collect?
Reduzs B.V. collects and processes personal data that we need to provide our services. Some of these data are required to be collected by law. Additional data may be required to tailor our services to your needs or to meet specific requests. The information we collect includes the following: When registering: - Name, address, place of residence, e-mail address, telephone number, relevant work experience and training and/or courses attended and completed. If you are going to work via Reduzs B.V. or have worked for Reduzs B.V.: First name, surname, call sign, sex, nationality, date of birth, place of birth, Citizen Service Number, address details, (mobile) telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, identity card number, copy of identity card, benefit details (if any), certificates, level of education and training followed. Copies of diploma(s), ID cards or passports may be collected. In some cases: work permit and residence permit.
With whom do we share your data?
Reduzs B.V. shares your data internally if necessary. Furthermore, we share certain data with (potential) clients if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or if we are required to do so by law. If an employment contract results from our services, we share your data with our back office partner Recruitment Backoffice Services, see their privacy statement here (https://www.recruitmentbackoffice.nl/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Privacystatement.pdf) If we share your data with third parties, we only work with parties with whom we have entered into a processing agreement, which states what they may use your data for and that they too are obliged to handle your data with care. In this way we guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for this processing.
How long do we keep your data?
Enrolled temporary worker, not employed; up to 4 weeks after enrollment. Enrolled temporary worker, employed; up to 2 years after enrollment. Unemployed temporary worker; up to 2 years after the last day of work. Because Reduzs does not take care of payroll administration, we do not have a retention obligation for the Tax Office up to 5 years after the end of the calendar year. Administration and tax retention obligation; we must keep records necessary for state tax control and corporate administration obligation 2 years.
Changes
The privacy statement is tailored to the current capabilities of this website and our current services. Any adjustments and/or changes to this website or our services may result in changes to the privacy statement. It is therefore advisable to consult this privacy statement regularly. If these changes are very radical in nature, we will also communicate this in as clear and conspicuous a manner as possible.
Modify/unsubscribe personal data
You have the right to view, change or delete personal data in our possession. You can also withdraw consent you have given. Rights and duties

If we share data with third parties, we have an agreement with them that they will also handle shared data with care.

If you do not want to provide your personal data then we cannot properly perform the contract and then we are forced to terminate the contract.

We receive data from third parties. We have entered into a processing agreement with these parties. We handle your data with care and use it only for the purpose for which it was provided to us.
