Would you like to use your expertise to contribute to the seamless execution of various contracts? As a Contract Coordinator with our client, you will have the opportunity to manage existing and new contracts, so that work is carried out efficiently and effectively.


What does the position look like?

  • You maintain daily contact with clients, suppliers, executors, customers and colleagues
  • Together with the Asset Manager, you maintain an overview and monitor progress across multiple service providers
  • In the event of complex or larger disruptions, you direct the actions
  • you determine the work order, draw up work schedules and maintenance plans, and organize activities of colleagues and subcontractors based on contract-specific agreements
  • Complete reports are drawn up by you, you provide information about order status, delivery times, prices and developments
  • You ensure and manage the correct introduction and setup in our system
  • you make calculations for various maintenance/service work and determine the price level of changes in current contracts
  • you participate in team and contract meetings and provide solicited and unsolicited advice.
  • managing and monitoring customer relationships is also part of your duties.


You bring this with you

  • you have completed at least an MBO level 4 education or higher (HBO) in the direction of (Technical) Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, possibly supplemented with relevant technical training and/or vocational training (work preparation)
  • You have several years of relevant experience as a Contract Coordinator and/or Work Planner in a technical environment and/or technical company
  • experience or interest in the infrastructure sector (bridges, locks, tunnels)
  • You are results and customer oriented, know how to set priorities and have professional communication skills
  • you master the Dutch language, spoken and written.


What do we offer

  • salary between €3,100 and €3,890 gross per month based on experience, excluding 8% holiday pay
  • If both sides prove to be suitable, you will be employed by the client.
