What does the position look like?

• Roles and responsibilities
• Supervise the unloading of deliveries
• Check whether pipes and/or supports are intact
• Check the presence of identification plates
• Checks the pipe correspondence according to drawing
• In case of deviations, agree with our customer's technical department what needs to be done and allocate the necessary hours for adjustments or, if necessary, shipping to Italy
• In case of complaints from engineers, check whether the problems are due to prefabrication or incorrect engineering or incorrect installation
• Monitoring the waiting times of trucks when unloading and, in the event of excessive waiting times, drawing up a report, having it signed by the customer and sent to the company for cost control

Your profile

• To be eligible, you must have an EU passport or the right to work in the Netherlands.

   

You bring this with you

• VCA Dutch Safety
• 5+ years in a similar role
• Experience with sending and receiving
• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems
• Insight into forecasting and budgeting
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
